"Ashtanga Mix" is inspired by ashtanga vinyasa yoga tradition. Following the calming sound of ujjayi breathing we warm up with Sun Salutations, then travel through the standing skeleton of ashtanga system and explore the asanas from primary and secondary series.
"Power Flow" is en energetic and powerful vinyasa practice open to everyone who is not new to the physical effort. This practice puts more emphasis on strength building, therefore poses are held longer. Brining small hand towel is advisable.
"Flow" is a vinyasa practice where you travel from one pose to another mindfully following your breath. This practice is open to all levels of practitioners (unless indicated otherwise on the planning). Each teacher has their own approach to creating and guiding the flow.
"Restorative Flow" is a grounding and calm (almost YIN like) practice open to those who want to replenish their energy reserves. Open to all levels of practitioners (beginners and those who are recovering from physical and mental stress).
"(the) Rocket" system is inspired by the ashtanga vinyasa yoga tradition. It is invigorating and uplifting practice with fair amount of backbends, twists and arm balances (handstands). Practice is open to all levels of practitioners. Rocket is about freedom of expression and intelligent fun.
